At Leguano we take customer satisfaction seriously and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. We stand behind the quality workmanship of our German made Leguano shoes. When you order is placed, we will carefully package your shoes up and prepare them for shipment right away, they will be out the door within 24 – 48 hours (M-F). All shipments to the USA are sent via UPS. UPS typically takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are in the USA. All shipments to Canada are sent via Canada Post. They typically take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on where you are. Please add another couple of day’s for shipments to remote areas. Deliveries outside the USA and Canada are shipped via the best available courier option, delivery times will vary.
For all returns, your Leguano shoes must be received by us in brand new, unworn, original condition and in their original, undamaged box.
If you receive your order and it is damaged, defective or you received the wrong shoes, please email us at email@example.com and include the following information;
- Your order number or store receipt along with a ship to name and address.
- Your contact phone number and email address.
- A description of the issue with the product.
- A photograph showing the issue.
- What size you’d like to switch to or why you’d like a refund.
Once your request is approved we will provide you with a return shipping address to send them back to. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
