Shipping and Delivery
When your order is placed, we will carefully package your shoes up and prepare them for shipment right away, they will be out the door within 24 – 48 hours (M-F). All shipments to US and Canada should arrive within 3-10 business days, depending upon where you live. Please add another couple of days for shipments to remote areas. Deliveries outside the USA and Canada are shipped via the best available courier option, delivery times will vary and may take up to six weeks.
NOTE: Shoes from our “SPECIAL ORDERS” section are ordered from Germany on the 15th of each month and typically take 7-10 days to arrive in our warehouse, at which point we ship them as outlined above.

I got these shoes early on the day I went to the Cottage Life Show. By mid-day my regular shoes with orthotics were giving my feet great pain. I thought, « Nuts to this » and put on my new shoes, which I wore into the evening. It is hard for me to understand how they work, but boy do they. Over the past weeks I wear them as much as possible at home. They have realigned my foot, posture or whatever but my paining heel is no more. Somehow they just relax the foot. I feel that I will need to have have a pair of them at all times. My wife enjoys her pair too!!!
I wish I had discovered these before arthritis set in to my foot and I developed morton’s neuroma…however, they are wonderful and have enabled me to walk comfortably and freely once again. I have just purchased the winter boots in expectation of the same.

This is my best shoes I wear these every place I go. I have had them for many years and I love love love them
These shoes were not on my radar. I was with a friend and she was interested in these shoes so I dutifully followed her into a store and tried these shoes on just out of curiosity…I could not believe how comfortable they were, even on sidewalks and concrete. I bought them then and there even though I considered these shoes pricey. The clerk in the store was also very knowledgeable and worked hard to find the right fit for my feet.
I have arthritis in my feet and these shoes/boots have been a godsend. They are light and easy to wear.
